The set task
Development and implementation of an automated control system for ELBA concrete mixing plants.
The proposed solution
Implementation of ASAMIX-1 concrete mixing equipment control panel, replacing outdated controller with up-to-date Pack Systems – EP Controller (Emerson).
Work performed and the result achieved
Automated control system of a concrete mixing station (AMICS-1) is installed and operating successfully. The result of introduction of AMICS-1 software and hardware complex was modernization of existing automated control system, its adaptation to Customer’s requirements and implementation of precise accounting of orders fulfillment, excluding thefts.
