WEIGHT CONTROLLER - MASAM
Weight controllers “mASAm” are designed to measure the weight of liquid and bulk materials and display the data on the operator panel. In-house production and know-how of the leading engineers of the company allowed to create a quality weight controller, the price of which is much lower than that of similar products available on the market. Reliability and quality of the weight controller “mASAm” is proven by successful use of this equipment in processes of production of explosive substances, where the importance of dosage of components is, without exaggeration, of vital importance.
Weight controllers “mASAm” can be part of automated process control systems (PCS) with data transfer via RS-485 protocol Modbus RTU.

Functional purpose of weight controllers:
– receive signals from bridge-type strain gauges;
– provide the ability to set zero weight and calibrate sensors by means of buttons;
– provide indication of weight, tare and error measurements by means of digital display;
– can be configured via RS-485 interface;
– provide network communication with other similar devices and APCS;
– provide intrinsic safety of measuring channels and communication channels.
All components and materials of weight controllers are subject to incoming inspection in accordance with GOST-N PMG33 requirements. Only components that passed the incoming inspection with a positive result are allowed in production.
