ISKROPROTECTION BARRIER (BIZ)
Own production and developments of leading engineers of the company allowed to create a high-quality and reliable spark barrier, the price of which is much lower than that of existing analogues in the market. Spark protection barrier (BIZ) provides reliable and safe connection of electrical equipment located in a hazardous area with electrical equipment located outside the hazardous area, it is used as a separating element between intrinsically safe and hazardous electrical circuits.
INTRINSIC SAFETY BLOCKS (BIZ):
Ex BARRIER SPB-24-8-100; Ex BARRIER SPB-24-8-60; Ex BARRIER SPB-RS-2,
are designed to ensure explosion protection (intrinsic safety).
BIZ can be used as a part of Automated Process Control Systems (APCS) in the following electric circuits:
in measuring channel circuits;
in control circuits with analog signals;
in networks of discrete input channels;
in networks of discrete output channels;
in the networks of power supply outputs;
in the networks of RS-485 communication channels.
In terms of resistance to climatic factors BIZ corresponds to modification U of placement category 4 according to 15150 national standard for operation:
at temperature from 0 to 40 °С;
ambient relative humidity up to 80% at 25 °С (without condensation).
