The set task
To develop and implement control systems on pilot objects of composite materials products manufacturing:
The object of preparation of initial components;
The object of mixing and preparing mixtures;
The object of polymerization;
The object of diagnostics and testing.
Proposed solution
In the implementation of the tasks a combined scheme of data collection (distributed – centralized), taking into account the characteristics of technological processes is proposed.
We offer a unified system of quality control for all objects.
Work performed and results achieved
A set of systems of automated control is developed, installed and implemented. Data exchange protocols between different control systems implemented on different automation platforms were implemented.
